Feeling virtuous

 Feeling virtuous this morning, first early morning bike ride of the summer.

The day promised to be a hot one, with temperatures in the low thirties forecast for this afternoon, so I was up early at 0615 to feed the cats and then off for a spin on my usual circuit.

It was about 14C when I left but the day was rapidly warning and even that early you could feel some heat in the sun.

Pleasantly enjoyable, no wildlife to speak of apart from two rabbits and a couple of ducks near the golf course, but an excellent start to the day.
